The THG FORMULA ONE is for all THG MEMBERS and some (not too fast) friends.

It should become a league where everybody has a chance to not finish last every race. So some "1st drivers" team up with some "2nd drivers". The "1st drivers" can go for the DRIVERS CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHY (that is a HUGE trophy by the way....hehe), the "2nd drivers" can battle at the back each race, and everybody can go for the CONSTRUCTORS TROPHY in the end. This one is a bit smaller, hehe, but nevertheless, it's a trophy.

"2nd drivers" can go for the CONSTRUCTORS TITLE too ofcourse, together with their teammate. So for a "2nd driver" it is a goal to score as much 1, 2 or 3 points races as possible to win the CONSTRUCTORS TITLE (with the team!).

Eh.....yeah....... so we have to put a "fast" guy with a "less fast" guy in each team.

So....who teams up with who now? You and MayorWarrior are both "1st drivers". Impossible.

RACE REPORT

Exciting second round of the season. Alot of confusing stuff at the first corner. I qualified 5th I think and I finished 5th too. Congratulations to THG-Jan for winning the race, and I was surprised to see our youngest member, THG-KENZIE finishing P4 of 7 drivers!

Hmm mucked up qualifying. Started the session with 20 ltrs of fuel on primes. Set a good lap then went out on new primes with 5 ltrs of fuel. I couldnt beat my time :. Result? I had to start on 6 lap old worn tyres.
For the race:
Got hit twice before finally getting smashed into Sonam just before the second turn. After that pretty much as expected. I knew sonam would be on a different level being an F1 pro  
Really happy with 3rd and another podium. Well done to Jan for the win!

Nice, thank you for the video Jim! And nice driving mate! Concidering you're not spending time on this game, you do really well! I'm sure with a bit of practice (cause you said you did not do any) and a better setup you would be up there.

Q: 1st

I went online yesterday 30 minutes before isaac invites me to the lobby, and i created a setup in the TT mode, which was amazing somehow. I even did a PB in this track. So i used it for the qualy and did a 20 dead. Could have been a low 19s, which i did but the game decided to invalidate the lap for corner cutting in the last chicane even if i had 1 wheel between the white lines.

R: 2nd

I messed it up at the start and Jan passed me right away, then we all messed up a bit at the first corner and i got sent out with Jim and someone else.

I tried to catch the top again but overtaking was not easy. lol Isaac and Kenzie defended a lot and it needed time to find the best place to make the move. We even collided a few times but that's fine.

A SC came out, but unfortunately me and Kenzie were too far back to join the queue, so the SC came in and we were 30 seconds behind.

I found a way passed, and then tried to close the gap to Rossi and Jan, i was on primes and i knew i would go to the finish with those tyres, and was hoping for an extra pit stop by them, i found Rossi in a good place to overtake, with fresher tyres, then tried my best to come close to Jan to overtake but couldn't. I was close behind him for the whole last lap but he used his KERS correctly in the DRS zones to defend his possition. I finished 0,3 sec behind, but i can say it was a nice race! On to the next one!   

Coliding is fine, but better we not colide at all. So maybe a few of us can race a bit more cautious when someone is in the neighbourhood. Or ....get banned for life...... LOL.

Im in it for the craic mate nothing more. I enjoy racing but have found practicing for F1 can take over your life!!

In the race on sunday i knew you were 2secs a lap faster than me so when you finally caught up i didnt defend, no point really mate.
